First Grade

Hello from the First Grade Teachers at RES!

 

The three of us share students and work closely together to plan and deliver instruction to best meet each child’s individual needs.  

 

All About Mrs. Lambert

My name is Sarah Lambert and this is my fourth year teaching at Rumford Elementary School. I graduated from the University of Maine in Farmington. I live with my husband, Matthew, and our dog, Finnegan. In my spare time, I enjoy reading books by the wood stove, camping, and exploring different places outdoors. 

 

All About Mrs. Frost

My name is Lynn Frost.  I have been teaching First Grade at RES for twenty-eight years and have a B.S. and M.Ed. in Elementary Education.  I have been married for twenty-three years and have two boys.  My family and I enjoy camping, traveling and watching the Red Sox.

All About Mrs. Newell

My name is Lynn Newell and I have been a teacher for nineteen years. I have spent all but five of those years here at RES. I have a B.S. in Elementary Education (K-8) and a M.Ed. in Literacy Education. My husband and I have two daughters, and we spend most of our time following their activities! I also enjoy yoga, skiing, watching movies, and just being with my family!
